Jinchao Huang

About Me

I am a third year Ph.D. student in the Database Group at The Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK), beginning my studies in Fall 2023 under the supervision of Prof. Sibo Wang. I earned my Bachelor’s degree from the University of Science and Technology of China (USTC) in 2023. Since July 2025, I am a visiting student at the Cheriton School of Computer Science, University of Waterloo, under the supervision of Prof. Xiao Hu.

My research focuses on developing theoretically-grounded algorithms for big data processing.
